These terms are offered in English and Spanish; if the two versions ever differ, the English version controls.

The articles, tools and other information on this website are general information only. They are not tax, legal or financial advice for your situation. Tax laws change often, and the right answer depends on your facts. Please contact us before acting on any information here.

No client relationship

Using this website, sending a form or message, or booking an appointment does not make you our client and does not mean we have agreed to do any work for you. A client relationship begins only when you and Santana & Associates sign an engagement letter. Until then, please don’t send us confidential documents.

Free tools

Our free tools give estimates and education only. They are not a calculation of your tax, a tax return or a promise of any result. Results depend on what you enter and on rules that can change. Always verify with the IRS at IRS.gov, or talk with us, before you file, pay or make a decision.

Links to other websites

This website links to sites we don’t control, such as IRS.gov and other government sites, the ATOM Client Portal, our online booking provider, Google and our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Yelp). Client Portal

Our Client Portal is provided by ATOM. Its use is governed by ATOM’s terms and by your engagement letter with us, not by these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design and the Santana & Associates name and logo, belongs to Santana & Associates or is used with permission (for example, licensed stock photos). You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, republish or modify the content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use this website lawfully. Don’t send spam or unsolicited advertising through our forms, don’t scrape or harvest content or data with automated tools, and don’t try to hack, overload, disrupt or get around the security or spam checks of the site. Don’t submit Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank or card numbers, tax documents or other sensitive information through the website forms; we will ask for what we need through a secure channel after you become a client.
